&lt;p&gt;- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including basic payment handling.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Prepare and distribute patient paperwork, consent forms, and informational materials.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely patient flow and room availability.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier items, and office supplies inventory.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Escalate and document patient concerns, unusual incidents, or urgent clinical queries to appropriate staff.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and record archiving.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Native fluency in Maltese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Entry-level experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Basic computer literacy: experience with MS Office (Word, Excel), and email.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ability to work onsite full time and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.&lt;/p&gt;
