&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Position Requires:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· General ledger book-keeping duties and monitoring of accounts records.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Verifying and posting of daily transactions: accounts payable / receivable, statement reconciliations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Managing and maintaining the Company’s fixed assets register.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assisting in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing procedures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assisting in the preparation of the balance sheet, profit and loss account and other reports as assigned by the Department Manager.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assisting with the preparation of the VAT reporting and related reconciliations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assisting in year-end financial audit process.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Performing ad-hoc administrative and accounting duties as needed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Selected Person Will be:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· In possession of a Degree in Accounting related subject.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Knowledgeable in accounting and bookkeeping principles.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· At least 2 years relevant experience in similar roles is highly desirable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Computer literate especially in the use of MS Office and previous experience with accounting software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Organised and self-motivated who is also willing to learn and grow professionally.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· A strong team player who is able to effectively interface with varying departments.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· A responsible individual who is able to work independently and meet deadlines.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Proficient in English and Italian.&lt;/p&gt;
