&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a reliable, organised and friendly Office Secretary to join our team on a full-time basis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Main duties include:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Answering and managing telephone calls.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Responding to emails and general enquiries.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Booking and managing appointments for clients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Greeting and assisting clients in a professional manner.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Handling general office administration and filing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Maintaining schedules and updating client information.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* Providing general support to the office team.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Requirements:&lt;/p&gt;
