3D Cake Decorator

Maypole is a family run Group of businesses operating within the manufacturing and distribution of food products. We are currently going through a period of growth and are presently seeking to recruit a 3D Cake Decorator in our Pastry department.

Duties will include:

• - the preparation of a wide variety of cakes and pastries under the supervision of the Head Pastry Chef;
• - operating all equipment and machinery;
• - ensuring that proper HACCP practices are adhered to;
• - being a team player and able to work under pressure.
• - 3D modelling and flower decorating and piping experience
