&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accountant/Semi Qualified Accountant. This role is integral to maintaining the financial health of our company and requires a proactive approach to managing accounting tasks.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.&lt;br&gt;- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.&lt;br&gt;- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.&lt;br&gt;- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management.&lt;br&gt;- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing necessary financial data and analysis.&lt;br&gt;- Assist with the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors as required.&lt;br&gt;- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.&lt;br&gt;- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems within the organization.&lt;br&gt;- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Semi-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or relevant degree in accounting or finance.&lt;br&gt;- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.&lt;br&gt;- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.&lt;br&gt;- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.&lt;br&gt;- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.&lt;br&gt;- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.&lt;br&gt;- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.&lt;br&gt;- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career in accounting and contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.&lt;/p&gt;
