We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. This position is primarily on-site at our office, as close collaboration with the team is important. However, flexibility is an option and can be discussed based on individual circumstances. The role is ideal for someone who already has a background in accounting, previous experience in gaming and a keen eye for detail.\r\n

Key Responsibilities
\r\n
· Reconcile payment service provider (PSP) transactions.
\r\n
· Monitor PSP settlements to meet agreed timeframes.
\r\n
· Conduct monthly reconciliations on deposit and withdrawal service charges.
\r\n
· Post invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
\r\n
· Assist with daily and month-end accounting tasks.
\r\n
· Maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes.
\r\n
· Provide support to the finance team as required.
\r\n\r\n
Qualifications and Skills:
\r\n
· Actively studying ACCA or equivalent.
\r\n
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
\r\n
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\r\n
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
\r\n
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
\r\n
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\r\n
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
\r\n
· Proficiency in written and spoken English.
\r\n
· Excellent command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
\r\n
· Experience in the gaming industry would be an asset.
\r\n
· Familiarity with Business Central accounting software would be preferred.
\r\n
· Must be eligible to work within the EU.
\r\n
· Must be already located in Malta.
