Role Overview Join our Client's team as an Accounts Executive and contribute to their latest expansion project. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining financial operations, reconciling accounts, compiling reports, and providing administrative support as required.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Processing: Process payments and prepare payment runs.
Invoice Handling: Input general invoices and post key accounting entries.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and intercompany balances.
Accruals and Prepayments: Prepare and compile accrual and prepayment documents.
Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues.
Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate ad hoc reports as requested by the Financial Controller.
Statutory Compliance: File statutory statistics forms such as NSO.
Daily Operations: Handle day-to-day requirements within the Accounts department.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
\n
Industry Experience: Experience in the construction industry is beneficial.
Accounting Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting.
Educational Background: O-level or A-level standard in Accounts is required.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Software Proficiency: Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Organisational Skills: Good multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
