Job Title: Accounts Technician
Department: Finance Department
Reporting To: Senior Accounts Executive
Job Summary: Amino Chemicals is a pharmaceutical company operating under strict GMP compliance. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Technician to join our Finance team. The role supports both factory and corporate financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting and providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
· including AP/AR, expense verification, and bank reconciliations
· Assist in monthly/year-end closing and prepare financial statements in a timely and accurate manner
· Support tax declarations and preparation for annual financial audits
· Maintain proper filing of invoices, contracts, and financial records
· Contribute to management reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
Requirements:
· Advanced level certification or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or pharmaceutical background is a plus.
· Proficient in Excel: experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JAIMS) is preferred.
· Good command of English, with bilingual communication skills in Italian/ Chinese is a plus.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong analytical thinking and a team-oriented mindset.
