&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented full-time / full time reduced or part-time Administration Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves a blend of administrative, light book-keeping and marketing support tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and team oriented.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Administrative Tasks&lt;br&gt;Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management&lt;br&gt;Run errands and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned&lt;br&gt;Input and update content on the company website&lt;br&gt;Assist team members with basic marketing activities (e.g., social media posts, content formatting, newsletters)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Accounting and Filing&lt;br&gt;Maintain and organise both physical and electronic filing systems&lt;br&gt;Prepare payment documentation for management approval&lt;br&gt;Conduct monthly bank or account reconciliations&lt;br&gt;Liaise with vendors or finance team as needed&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prior experience in an administrative or accounting support role&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic understanding of financial processes such as reconciliations and payment preparation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable with digital tools, online platforms, and basic website input&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to manage time, multitask, and meet deadlines independently&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional, trustworthy, and adaptable to varied duties&lt;/li&gt;
