Maintain information management systems and update computerised and paper-based records.\n\t
Provide general administrative support to Section staff, including data entry, scanning, filing, and document handling.\n\t
Organise events such as workshops, seminars, and training courses.\n\t
Screen and handle telephone calls and enquiries appropriately.\n\t
Liaise with the Corporate Services Section, particularly in relation to staff travel arrangements.\n\t
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and ensure adherence.\n\t
Provide support in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal records and documents.\n\t
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Deputy Director, Head of Section, Senior Manager, or Manager.\n
\n \nRequirements\n\n
\n\t
School Leaving Certificate with at least 5 years’ relevant experience; OR\n\t
MQF Level 4 qualification with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in administrative or secretarial duties.\n\t
Preference will be given to candidates with formal qualifications in administrative and secretarial duties or proven experience in a similar role.\n\t
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.\n\t
Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.\n\t
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and office automation tools.\n\t
Strong organisational, leadership, and motivational skills, coupled with ethical responsibility and diligence.\n\t
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.\n\t
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work beyond standard hours if required.\n
