This role involves managing aftersales operations, handling customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient servicing, repairs, and support. • Managing aftersales operations: Oversee the servicing, repairs, and customer support processes to ensure smooth operations. \n• Handling customer queries and complaints: Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction. \n• Coordinating with technical teams: Schedule maintenance and service visits in collaboration with the technical teams. \n• Maintaining customer database: Ensure customer service history and feedback are up-to-date and well-documented. \n• Preparing reports on aftersales performance: Generate and present detailed reports to track customer satisfaction and performance. \n• Assisting with warranty claims: Help customers with warranty processes and ensure all documentation is correct. \n• Liaising with suppliers and third parties: Coordinate aftersales-related matters with suppliers, contractors, and external parties. \n• Identifying service improvement opportunities: Suggest and implement best practices to enhance service quality. \n• Providing feedback to sales and operations teams: Contribute to the improvement of the overall customer experience. \n• Ensuring compliance with industry standards: Maintain adherence to company policies and industry standards in all aftersales processes.

• Education: A relevant qualification in customer service, business, or a related field.
