    	        	We are thrilled to be assisting our client, who operates within the legal industry, attached to the Fintech and Crypto space. They are seeking to onboard an AML and Risk Officer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Draft or vet AML and risk policies related to financial institutions&amp;nbsp;and CASP licenses.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Review AML&amp;nbsp;and risk-related&amp;nbsp;sections of financial institutions and crypto license applications.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist with drafting&amp;nbsp;responses to AML feedback letters received following license application submission.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist with carrying out outsourced compliance risk and AML&amp;nbsp;roles that the company holds for clients post-licensing.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist licensing teams in drafting&amp;nbsp;compliance-related&amp;nbsp;policies.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be the AML and Risk advisory person within the team.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take on fractional risk or MLRO&amp;nbsp;roles post licensing (optional).
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Experience with AML/CFT and Risk control frameworks.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with Fintech and Crypto.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Someone with an ICT background will be treated as an asset.&amp;nbsp;
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bonus ways and opportunities of earning extra:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;IT or DORA background and skills.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A lawyer who can draft and vet contracts and agreements,&amp;nbsp;and legal opinions.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in advisory related to Financial Services.
