\nResponsibilities:
Prepare, review, and update AML/KYC reports, including risk assessments, regulatory reporting, and quarterly RCreports.
\n\t\n\tAttend on-site visits or participate in online KYC file review meetings; prepare and/or review related reports.
\n\t\n\tConduct internal audits of existing client files.
\n\t\n\tAct as RC for CSSF and/or AED-supervised clients or funds.
\n\t\n\tParticipate in weekly compliance team meetings.
\n\t\n\tReview and update AML training offerings, and deliver training sessions to clients (virtual or in-person).
\n\t\n\tEnsure AML framework remains aligned with regulatory requirements, including reviewing and updating policy templates, risk assessments, and due diligence documentation.
\n\t\n\tMonitor regulatory updates and ensure relevant changes are included in client reporting.
\n\t\n\tPerform and review due diligence checks on service providers.
\n\t\n\tReview Director and Officer Insurance documentation provided by clients.
\n\t\n\tAssist in improving internal compliance processes and ensure approved updates are communicated across teams.
\n\t\n\tSupport ad-hoc consulting projects in compliance, AML/CFT, and ESG.
\n\t\n\tConduct daily screening alerts reviews via Cascade.lu when required.
\n\t\n\tSupport the drafting and updating of internal policies and business continuity planning (BCP) documents.

\nRequirements:
3–4 years of proven experience in AML/CFT within the fund, banking, or gaming industries.
\n\t\n\tStrong knowledge of AML/KYC processes and regulatory frameworks.
\n\t\n\tPractical, business-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
\n\t\n\tFluent in English, proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.
