    	        	Our client, a leading firm in the financial services industry, is currently looking to recruit an &lt;strong&gt;AML/CFT Administrator&lt;/strong&gt; to join their growing compliance team.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Take an active role in the client onboarding process, with a focus on risk assessment, client screening, and customer due diligence.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct ongoing monitoring of existing clients from an AML/CFT perspective as needed.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Perform transaction monitoring to identify suspicious activity and potential ML/TF risks.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct risk assessments of the company’s operations to identify and mitigate exposure to money laundering and terrorism financing risks.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist the MLRO and Head of Compliance in preparing periodic AML/CFT and compliance reports for the Board of Directors.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare external reports and regulatory returns in line with AML/CFT and compliance obligations.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure that company operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, professional standards, and internal policies.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct research on AML/CFT legislation and regulatory developments relevant to the company.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support the AML/CFT and Compliance team in their day-to-day functions, offering guidance and assistance to the client onboarding team.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide general support to the MLRO and Head of Compliance on AML/CFT, compliance, and regulatory matters.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;A degree-level qualification or equivalent.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar AML/CFT or compliance role.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of corporate services industry regulations and practices.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with due diligence and AML procedures.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and investigative skills.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent report writing and communication skills (written and verbal).
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to clearly present findings, both in written and oral formats.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Able to work independently and as part of a team.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proactive and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Solid understanding of AML/CFT laws and regulations applicable in Malta.
