&lt;p&gt;Atom IT Repairs is seeking a skilled and motivated &lt;strong&gt;technician &lt;/strong&gt;to join our growing team in Malta.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This role focuses on the repair and diagnostics of Apple devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, and iPhones. The position involves both standard hardware repairs and advanced tasks such as microsoldering and liquid damage restoration. Basic Android repairs may also be required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will work closely with our Front Desk team to ensure efficient turnaround times and a high standard of service delivery. The environment is fast-paced and technically demanding, requiring a structured approach to troubleshooting and a strong results-driven mindset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You&#039;ll be part of a compact and diverse team, combining customer-oriented and goal-driven professionals who consistently exceed expectations. Our operating hours are 09:30-18:30 (with a daily 1-hour break) and Saturdays from 09:00-13:00 (Mornings only)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;The salary is competitive and based on experience and qualifications.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Company-funded Apple Certified Technician training and certification provided.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Resolve 1st and 2nd level tickets, escalating to 3rd level when necessary for swift resolution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform repairs using provided parts after approval&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Accurately log all reported incidents or requests&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Document required hardware parts and provide precise fault descriptions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Expertise in Apple hardware repairs, parts swap and diagnoses&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Expertise in Apple software including MacOS &amp;amp; IOS.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Current resident in Malta or Gozo&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preferred Skills and Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with strong attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Effective written and verbal communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capability to work independently with minimal supervision&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with supported software platforms&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;IRP or Apple Authorised Certification&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
