\nResponsibilities:
Provide Level 1 & 2 application support, collaborating with Development, QA, Release Management, and Business teams.
\n\t\n\tMonitor and troubleshoot applications, servers, databases, and scheduled jobs; analyze logs and performance metrics.
\n\t\n\tInstall, validate, and maintain application releases and patches, especially for core COTS applications.
\n\t\n\tGather user requirements, recommend changes, and maintain documentation for requirements, testing, and development.
\n\t\n\tConsult internally to improve business and technical processes using quality and efficiency tools.
\n\t\n\tEnsure timely delivery of tasks while coordinating with business stakeholders.
\n\t\n\tStay current with industry and technical trends.
\n\t\n\tManage tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and TeamCity, and configure EDI systems.
\n\t\n\tProvide technical support for Malta operations and maintain/enhance core business applications.
\n\t\n\tPromote transparency, collaboration, and teamwork.
\n\t\nRequirements:
\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\t\n\tHighly self-motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage deliverables.
\n\t\n\tProven success delivering results in complex application support or project environments.
\n\t\n\tSolid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Sprint) and ability to thrive in iterative delivery models.
\n\t\n\tStrong multitasking and prioritization abilities in dynamic operational contexts.
\n\t\n\tCapable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
