&lt;p&gt;Falzon and Cutajar Architects &amp;amp; Civil Engineers are seeking a skilled and dedicated Architect &amp;amp; Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging in diverse design projects, conducting detailed drawings, and overseeing site inspections to ensure compliance and safety.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Develop and detail architectural and engineering drawings.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Manage and supervise site inspections, ensuring projects comply with all regulations and quality standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Collaborate closely with the planning authority to ensure all designs meet required legal and environmental standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Work with project stakeholders to deliver design solutions that are both innovative and practical.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Maintain continuous communication with clients and contractors to ensure project objectives are achieved.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications and Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Full knowledge of Planning Authority procedures and regulations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, and familiarity with other design software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in architectural design and civil engineering, with a substantial portfolio of completed projects.&lt;/p&gt;
