&lt;p&gt;📍 &lt;strong&gt;Location:&lt;/strong&gt; Grands Suites Hotel, Residences &amp;amp; Spa – Gzira, Malta&lt;br&gt;Are you passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences?&lt;br&gt;We are looking for a motivated and organised &lt;strong&gt;Assistant F&amp;amp;B Coordinator&lt;/strong&gt; to support the day-to-day operations of our hotel’s restaurant, bar, and banquet services.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Food &amp;amp; Beverage team and contribute to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic hotel environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the F&amp;amp;B Head of Department in daily planning and operations of the restaurant, bar, and events&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supervise and train F&amp;amp;B staff to uphold service standards and team performance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and dining area presentation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recommend updates to beverage menus and help manage stock&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with other departments to support smooth service and event execution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in Food &amp;amp; Beverage operations, ideally in a hotel or event venue&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong team leadership and people management skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and guest service abilities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organised, hands-on, and able to multitask under pressure&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with budgeting, inventory, and hygiene regulations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Computer literate (Microsoft Office, POS/F&amp;amp;B systems)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent in English; other languages are a plus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays&lt;/li&gt;
