&lt;p&gt;Satariano, a leader in quality and design solutions, is seeking to recruit an &lt;strong&gt;Assistant Financial Controller&lt;/strong&gt; to join our Finance team. &lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with &lt;strong&gt;month-end closing and reporting&lt;/strong&gt;, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial results.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with the &lt;strong&gt;preparation of statutory accounts&lt;/strong&gt; and support external audits.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with the &lt;strong&gt;implementation and monitoring of internal controls&lt;/strong&gt; to maintain compliance and safeguard company assets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with &lt;strong&gt;tax compliance matters&lt;/strong&gt;, including VAT and other regulatory filings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the &lt;strong&gt;forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow processes&lt;/strong&gt; by providing accurate data and analysis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in the &lt;strong&gt;development of accounting policies and procedures&lt;/strong&gt; to enhance efficiency and consistency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the &lt;strong&gt;finance team&lt;/strong&gt; with day-to-day queries and contribute to continuous process improvement.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and clear communication.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A &lt;strong&gt;degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration&lt;/strong&gt; (or equivalent).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A recognised &lt;strong&gt;professional qualification&lt;/strong&gt; (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or actively working towards one.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous &lt;strong&gt;experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good working knowledge of &lt;strong&gt;Excel and ERP systems&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong &lt;strong&gt;attention to detail&lt;/strong&gt;, analytical ability, and good communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.&lt;/li&gt;
