Reviewing and enhancing internal procedures while implementing process improvements to streamline corporate services operations.\n\t
Managing new business enquiries and coordinating onboarding processes for prospective clients.\n\t
Promoting a unified team culture and mentoring staff to reach their full potential.\n\t
Delivering induction programmes for new team members and providing ongoing corporate and trust training, including tailored training for the corporate team.\n\t
Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and corporate governance requirements.\n\t
Assisting the Manager in preparing monthly statistics on targets set for the team.\n\t
Supporting departmental strategy and business development initiatives.\n\t
Liaising with external stakeholders such as auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance and operational excellence.\n\t
Developing performance metrics to assess departmental effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.\n\t
Handling escalations and resolving complex corporate services-related issues in collaboration with senior management.\n
\nRequirements:\n\n
\n\t
At least 5 - 7 years' experience in the Corporate Services industry, including supervisory and/or managerial responsibilities.\n\t
A university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a related field; however, candidates with extensive industry experience and a demonstrated track record will also be considered. Applicants who do not meet the formal education requirement but possess significant practical experience are encouraged to apply.\n\t
In-depth knowledge of Company and Trust legislation, with proven ability to apply this knowledge effectively.\n\t
Proficiency in Microsoft software packages and willingness to learn company-specific systems.\n\t
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.\n\t
Strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills, fostering collaboration and efficiency.\n\t
Commitment to maintaining high professional ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of the role.\n\t
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.\n\t
