Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Junior to join its expanding audit team. This role involves supporting Audit Seniors in planning and conducting audit assignments across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities

Audit Execution Support: Assist Audit Seniors with the planning, fieldwork, and completion stages of audit engagements.
\r\n
Preparation of Working Papers: Compile and organise documentation to substantiate audit procedures and findings.
\r\n
Audit Testing: Perform audit tests in line with established methodologies and under supervision.
\r\n
Issue Identification: Highlight potential audit issues and escalate them appropriately to Audit Seniors.
\r\n
Client Interaction: Support the building and maintenance of effective, professional relationships with clients across various sectors.
\r\n

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\r\n
\r\n
Education: A-Levels or equivalent qualifications in accounting, finance, or related fields. Actively pursuing ACCA, M.Accty, or an equivalent professional qualification.
\r\n
Experience: Previous experience in an audit or accounting environment would be considered an asset but is not essential.
\r\n
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
\r\n
Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
\r\n
Interpersonal Skills: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
\r\n
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
