&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Strategic Planning and Execution: &lt;/strong&gt;Develop comprehensive audit strategies and plans, overseeing their implementation to achieve audit objectives.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quality Assurance:&lt;/strong&gt; Review audit work performed by team members, ensuring adherence to professional standards and firm methodologies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Risk Management: &lt;/strong&gt;Identify and assess audit risks, implementing appropriate controls and procedures to mitigate those risks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Education:&lt;/strong&gt; Bachelor&#039;s degree in accounting or a relevant field. ACCA, Masters in Accountancy orequivalent qualification. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience: &lt;/strong&gt;A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in audit, with demonstrated success in a managerial role.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Leadership and Communication:&lt;/strong&gt; Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams, clients, and stakeholders.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Expertise: &lt;/strong&gt;Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, methodologies, and best practices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Business Acumen:&lt;/strong&gt; A deep understanding of business operations and financial reporting to provide valuable insights to clients.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Problem Solving: &lt;/strong&gt;Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
