About the Role: Klikk is seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and promoting Klikk’s products and services. Your primary goal will be to engage with corporate clients across multiple channels, support their needs, and contribute to sales growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Engagement & Support:
\r\n
\r\n
Handle corporate client requests across all official company channels, including telephone, emails, and social media.
\r\n
Provide accurate and timely information about Klikk products, services, and policies.
\r\n
Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
\r\n
\r\n
Business Development & Relationship Management:
\r\n
\r\n
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients.
\r\n
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
\r\n
Attend networking events, both physically and virtually, to expand business connections and promote Klikk.
\r\n
\r\n
Sales & Revenue Growth:
\r\n
\r\n
Promote Klikk products and services to corporate clients through targeted sales strategies.
\r\n
Follow up on quotes sent, product reservations, and orders to secure successful transactions.
\r\n
Track client purchases and proactively update customers on order status.
\r\n
\r\n
Customer Feedback & Service Improvement:
\r\n
\r\n
Collect and document customer feedback on orders and deliveries to improve service quality.
\r\n
Work closely with management to implement service enhancements based on customer insights.
\r\n
\r\n
Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Training:
\r\n
\r\n
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth client interactions.
\r\n
Stay informed about product updates and company initiatives to better assist corporate clients.
\r\n
\r\n
Documentation & Reporting:
\r\n
\r\n
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and order statuses.
\r\n
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, client needs, and market trends.
\r\n

Requirements:

\r\n
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role.
\r\n
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
\r\n
Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
\r\n
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
\r\n
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
\r\n
Willingness to attend networking events and collaborate with different teams.
\r\n
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
