The Gaming Area at Betsson Group focuses on Game Play and Game Discovery across all our brands and markets. To accommodate new requirements, we are constantly re-evaluating our systems design and working on exciting new features. You will be part of a passionate team, which is building an industry leading, scalable, multi-brand platform to support 25+ online brands! Our brands are used by hundreds of thousands of users and growing&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;People management, including motivation, taking part in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Close communication with POs, Architects and stakeholders to discuss and implement business requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Product development to meet business’s needs and implement components according to the modern software development environment (cloud-based platforms, microservice architecture, etc.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactive position in solution development, processes improvements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Taking part in the decision-making process in design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture and code review&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Suggesting technology or approach or solution, discuss it together with the team and decide which technology to use&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Our teams are cross-functional and all team members focus on not only doing their own tasks but also work together with and assist other team members&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we are looking for..&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Experience in backend software development for more than 5 years&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At least 1 year of team management or Scrum Master experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At least 3 years of experience working with Agile, Scrum methodology&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong leadership and communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Agile mindset, business goals orientation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and API integrations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
