&lt;h1&gt;Bar Attendant – Nomad Lounge, Victoria Gozo&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Position Overview&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; We are looking for a friendly and reliable &lt;strong&gt;Bar Attendant&lt;/strong&gt; to join our small team at Nomad Lounge, a cozy cafeteria in the heart of Victoria, Gozo. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Beverage Preparation&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and other beverages.&lt;br&gt;Operate and maintain coffee machines and other bar equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Food &amp;amp; Snack Service&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Prepare and serve light snacks and platters.&lt;br&gt;Ensure food is presented neatly and stocked throughout the day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customer Service&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Greet and welcome customers warmly.&lt;br&gt;Take and process orders accurately.&lt;br&gt;Provide a friendly, attentive, and professional service.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cleanliness &amp;amp; Hygiene&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Keep the bar, seating area, and workstations clean and organized.&lt;br&gt;Follow health and safety standards at all times.&lt;br&gt;Wash and store utensils, glasses, and plates appropriately.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Stock &amp;amp; Inventory&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Refill supplies of coffee beans, milk, snacks, and other consumables.&lt;br&gt;Keep shelves and displays tidy and well-stocked.&lt;br&gt;Notify management when stock levels are low.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Teamwork &amp;amp; General Duties&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Assist colleagues during busy periods.&lt;br&gt;Support day-to-day running of the lounge.&lt;br&gt;Take on other relevant duties as required to ensure smooth operations.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Skills &amp;amp; Qualities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (barista skills a plus).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication and customer service skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work efficiently in a small team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Positive attitude and willingness to learn.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reliability and flexibility (including weekends and evenings if needed).&lt;/li&gt;
