Barlatte Gelato & Caffe (Falbra Limited) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving coffee beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
We are looking for someone who can perform the following duties with a polite and engaging personality:
- Welcoming customers and providing excellent service
- Informing customers of specials and upselling products
- Preparing and serving foods such as sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, crepes, & ice-cream
- Making and serving coffee, tea, lattes, shakes, smoothies, & drinks
- Cleaning and sanitizing all areas at all times
- Placing requests for orders with the Supervisor
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers
- Adhere to all food health & safety regulations and quality control
Requirements:
- Previous experience is required
- Familiarity with coffee, brewing techniques and machinery
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including on weekends and Public Holidays
