&lt;p&gt;Join our dynamic bar team in our new Entertainment Centre as a Bartender. You&#039;ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in the day-to-day bar operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome and assist guests with beverage and food orders, offering recommendations when necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and customer preferences.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for order entry, payment processing, and issuing receipts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, refrigerators, and equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in monitoring beverage and supply stock levels, notifying the Duty Manager of shortages or replenishment needs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support stock rotation and check expiration dates to minimize waste and maintain product quality.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and cleaning tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues as needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to fulfill food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of beverage preparation techniques.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling preferred.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Additional training or certification in bartending or hospitality is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
