You’ll be at the heart of the action, mixing great drinks, engaging with guests, and making sure every visit is one to remember.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Do:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Greet guests warmly and take food and drink orders, offering suggestions when needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks with flair and precision.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Use the POS system to handle orders, payments, and receipts accurately.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep the bar clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor stock levels, support restocking and ensure quality through rotation checks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow opening/closing duties, including cleaning and cash reconciliation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Uphold responsible alcohol service and comply with all legal requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with kitchen and floor staff to deliver seamless service.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle guest feedback or concerns professionally and positively.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Food Handling License A.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic bartending or beverage preparation knowledge.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication and people skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;POS and cash handling experience (preferred).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A positive attitude and a commitment to cleanliness and professionalism.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A skillspass if you are a TCN.&lt;/li&gt;
