Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? At The Eden, we’re looking for energetic and service-driven bartenders to join our vibrant bar team. You’ll be at the heart of the action, mixing great drinks, engaging with guests, and making sure every visit is one to remember.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and take food and drink orders, offering suggestions when needed.
- Mix and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks with flair and precision.
- Use the POS system to handle orders, payments, and receipts accurately.
- Keep the bar clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, support restocking and ensure quality through rotation checks.
- Follow opening/closing duties, including cleaning and cash reconciliation.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service and comply with all legal requirements.
- Work closely with kitchen and floor staff to deliver seamless service.
- Handle guest feedback or concerns professionally and positively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Food Handling License A.
- Basic bartending or beverage preparation knowledge.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- POS and cash handling experience (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to cleanliness and professionalism.
- A skillspass if you are a TCN.
