Provide high-quality treatments, maintain professional standards, and contribute to an inviting client experience.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Client consultations:&lt;/strong&gt; Conduct thorough consultations to assess needs, recommend suitable treatments, and create personalized treatment plans.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Perform treatments:&lt;/strong&gt; Deliver a range of beauty services such as facials, waxing, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, lash and brow services,  following salon protocols.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Maintain hygiene &amp;amp; safety:&lt;/strong&gt; Adhere to strict sanitation, infection control, and health &amp;amp; safety procedures; ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and properly maintained.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Retail &amp;amp; upselling:&lt;/strong&gt; Recommend and sell professional products and aftercare to clients, meeting or exceeding retail targets while providing honest product guidance.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Record-keeping:&lt;/strong&gt; Accurately record client details, treatment history, consent forms, and appointment notes using salon systems.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Customer service:&lt;/strong&gt; Deliver professional, friendly service; manage client bookings, follow-ups, and handle feedback or concerns with empathy and composure.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Teamwork &amp;amp; professionalism:&lt;/strong&gt; Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth salon operations, participate in staff meetings, and uphold salon standards and brand image.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Continuous development:&lt;/strong&gt; Keep up to date with industry trends, attend training sessions, and maintain or expand treatment skills and product knowledge.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Relevant qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt; Diploma or NVQ in beauty therapy, or equivalent recognized qualification.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Previous experience in a salon or spa environment at an associate level; hands-on experience with core beauty treatments.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Languages:&lt;/strong&gt; Professional working proficiency in Maltese and full professional proficiency in English.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Technical skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Competent in facial and body treatments, waxing, nail care, lash/brow treatments, and massages &lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Interpersonal skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Excellent communication, customer service, and consultation abilities; confident upselling and retail skills.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Professional attributes:&lt;/strong&gt; Reliable, punctual, well-presented, and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Health &amp;amp; safety:&lt;/strong&gt; Knowledge of hygiene standards and safe handling of equipment and products.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Availability:&lt;/strong&gt; Willingness to work on-site &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;To apply, present a CV highlighting relevant qualifications, treatment skills, and salon experience.&lt;/p&gt;
