Role Overview

As a Supervisor within the Retail Banking Department, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating a variety of commercial, administrative, and operational activities. Your leadership will be essential in coaching junior staff, assisting in leading the branch team, and contributing to the achievement of the bank's targets and objectives. You will also be involved in general administrative duties, ensuring high-quality customer service, and undertaking tasks related to negotiation and decision-making as required by management.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the banking sector.

Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with banking accounting fundamentals, foreign operations, and cashier/front office duties.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to apply sales techniques effectively and achieve sales targets.
\n\t
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
