Role Overview:
The role of the Brand Communication Specialist is to support the brand marketing team in the execution of written content across multiple languages and platforms. This role involves creating, maintaining, localizing and measuring content for Pinnacle's website (sportsbook and casino) and complimentary marketing channels.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and measure content for Pinnacle's website and marketing channels.
- Assist with managing external content providers and editorial pieces.
- Own the branding and localization strategy for all touchpoints on the Pinnacle website.
- Process content and localization requests from all internal stakeholders (incl. Marketing, Payments, CSD, etc) for publishing on our websites and marketing channels.
- Proofread/edit all content to ensure consistency with established style guides.
- Publish new/edited content on our websites. Assist with the ongoing management of our internal CMS platform.
- Facilitate localization requests through existing internal tools, AI and third-party vendors.
- Work in alignment with the content schedule and contribute new content ideas.
- Measure content success metrics via Google Analytics.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience writing across different mediums for different audiences.
- Experience with CMS platforms and common desktop publishing software (MS Office).
- Experience using AI and third-party TMS tools for localization (XTM or similar).
- Knowledge of sports betting and various casino games.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent editorial skills and experience with producing various forms of written content.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences and platforms.
- Basic HTML editing skills and CMS authoring.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the basics of SEO.
Aptitude & Personal Qualities:
- Passion for sports and content creation.
- Experience working in regulated industries is considered a bonus.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be highly self-motivated and well organized.
- Fluency in a second language (Preferably Korean or Japanese) is considered a bonus.
