Role Overview

As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying market trends and developing marketing strategies to drive the growth of their brands. You will be responsible for planning and executing brand strategies, managing communications across various channels, and achieving targeted volume and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies and key initiatives to drive profitable volume growth.
\n\t
Performance Accountability: Ensure delivery of annual and monthly targeted volumes, revenue, gross margin, and NC for assigned brands.
\n\t
Communication Management: Plan and execute communications and media actions across all channels, including online and social media.
\n\t
Activity Planning: Create and manage the annual activity calendar to establish and maintain product branding and achieve growth targets.
\n\t
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with team members to exchange best practices and support the development and implementation of processes and projects.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
