&lt;p&gt;As a Cafe Attendant at Mon Amour, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.&lt;br&gt;- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, communicating menu options and daily specials.&lt;br&gt;- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.&lt;br&gt;- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and service stations.&lt;br&gt;- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate billing.&lt;br&gt;- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.&lt;br&gt;- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service.&lt;br&gt;- Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring and replenishment.&lt;br&gt;- Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-Maltese working permit&lt;br&gt;- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality environment is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food service operations.&lt;br&gt;- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.&lt;br&gt;- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.&lt;br&gt;- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.&lt;br&gt;- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.&lt;br&gt;- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is an advantage.&lt;br&gt;- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.&lt;br&gt;- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The applicant can choose to work either Morning or Afternoon shift&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The shop will be open 7 days a week so the applicant must be able to work on weekends&lt;/p&gt;
