&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform cash and chip transactions with precision and professionalism&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist guests with payouts and other requests.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reconcile cash and chips at the end of shifts and prepare required reports.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain a secure and orderly cash desk area.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Answer guest inquiries with a friendly and helpful approach.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the team during events and special promotions as needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in a cash handling or customer‑facing role (casino experience is a plus!)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong numerical and attention‑to‑detail skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in English communication is mandatory (other languages are a plus!)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A proactive, team‑oriented attitude with a passion for providing great guest service&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
