Role Overview:
\r\n
We are seeking a pragmatic leader with a proven track record in building a successful casino strategy that lead to growth of revenues. The ideal candidate has experience in managing and delivering online casino products, preferably for operators with a strong sportsbook vertical. By leading by example with a hands-on approach to the product roadmap, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and senior management in redefining the casino strategy, leveraging the strength of an established sportsbook brand. Pragmatism, a builder's attitude, and a strong understanding of cross-sell strategies are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
\r\n
\r\n
Ownership of the Casino Product, overseeing its development, performance, and continuous improvement.
\r\n
Lead and develop the Casino team by providing clarity of direction, prioritizing impactful initiatives, and establishing structured processes and ways of working.
\r\n
Cultivate strategic relationships with game providers, ensuring effective communication and long-term success.
\r\n
Collaborate with the wider commercial and marketing teams to define KPIs and targets for the vertical across channels and geographies.
\r\n
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute Casino campaign plans, roadmaps, and player communications.
\r\n
Oversee campaign briefing, define customer segments, and approve assets and marketing materials.
\r\n
Effectively manage the promotional and bonus expenditure budget with excellent commercial acumen to navigate opportunities and limitations related to a sharp sports player base.
\r\n
Continuously evaluate campaigns to improve efficiency and ROI.
\r\n
Partner with the IT department to deliver the Casino product roadmap on time and within scope.
\r\n
Provide regular communication and reporting on the Casino vertical's performance against KPIs.
\r\n
Work closely with the Business Intelligence function to establish the necessary tracking mechanisms to analyse and report on business performance.
\r\n
Focus on achieving productivity by effectively prioritizing task.
\r\n
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the business.
\r\n

Experience and Qualifications:
\r\n
\r\n
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related commercial field is considered an asset.
\r\n
+3 years of proven leadership experience.
\r\n
+5 years working in the gaming industry.
\r\n
Must have a good understanding of casino player behaviour, ideally through personal experience or extensive industry expertise.
\r\n
Extensive knowledge of Casino games and providers.
\r\n
Proven experience in growing an online casino, including line management and team development skills within an established sportsbook or online gaming brand.
\r\n
Regional, market and licensing awareness.
\r\n
