&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;Description of Role&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Linen Keeper is responsible for the safe receipt, storage, control, issue and collection of all linen, towels and related housekeeping supplies. The role ensures that clean linen is available when required, soiled linen is handled correctly, and stock is accurately recorded and protected from loss, damage or misuse.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;ins&gt;Main Duties &amp;amp; Responsibilities&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Count, sort, fold and organise clean linen and towels by item, size and designated storage location.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Prepare and issue linen to housekeeping teams according to daily occupancy, arrivals, departures, room changes and operational requirements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Collect, count and prepare soiled linen for dispatch, ensuring correct separation and safe handling.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintain accurate daily records of linen received, issued, returned, rejected, missing and sent to laundry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Carry out regular stock counts and assist with monthly inventories, reconciliations and variance investigations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintain agreed par-stock levels and promptly report low stock, unusual usage, repeated shortages or anticipated operational needs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Keep linen rooms, storage areas, trolleys, shelving and work areas clean, dry, secure, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Apply stock-rotation procedures and store clean linen separately from soiled, damaged or rejected items.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Identify and segregate damaged, stained or unusable linen for repair, rewash, write-off or management review.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager, supervisors, reception and external laundry provider to ensure timely linen availability.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Support busy turnaround periods by preparing linen packs, restocking housekeeping pantries and assisting with linen distribution across the property.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensure linen-room access is controlled and that stock is issued only to authorised team members.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Follow infection-control, manual-handling, fire-safety and workplace health and safety procedures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Carry out other reasonable housekeeping or stores-related duties assigned by management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h1&gt;3. &lt;ins&gt;Skills and experience&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, linen control, stores or a similar operational role is preferred.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong attention to detail and confidence working with counts, stock sheets and basic records.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ability to organise work independently, prioritise urgent requirements and remain accurate during busy periods.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Good communication and teamwork skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Basic spoken and written English; knowledge of Maltese or another language is an advantage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Basic computer literacy and willingness to use spreadsheets or stock-control systems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Reliable, punctual, honest and comfortable working in a role involving responsibility for company stock.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Marketing Executive is responsible for the administrative tasks of the Marketing department in an efficient and effective manner and to assist the Marketing Manager to promote Continental Cars products and services as per the respective franchises’ standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Duties and Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To compile marketing reports for the different brands&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To liaise with the external marketing suppliers including booking of adverts for the brands and order any supplies which are required by the marketing department (flyers, artworks, brochures)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To manage Facebook and other social media platforms’ messages&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To assist the Marketing Manager in any events and sponsorships&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To write up press releases and radio scripts for distribution to various newspapers, radio stations and social media&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To schedule test drives with various external media, when needed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To abide with Company Policies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To assist in any other duties as directed by the Marketing Manager or the General Manager.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To adheres strictly to Health and Safety regulations and Company policies and Franchise Standard requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To attend training organised both locally and abroad when and as required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;English and Maltese Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Maltese language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.&lt;/li&gt;
