Vecchia Napoli | Ta’ Qali and Mriehel
Vecchia Napoli restaurants located in Ta’ Qali and Mriehel, Malta, are currently seeking to employ Chefs De Partie to work in dynamic teams on a full-time basis.
The Chefs de Partie are expected to oversee specific sections in the kitchen, including the preparation of various dishes whilst ensuring that the food presented is of high standard. The Chefs de Partie will work hand in hand with the Sous Chefs or Head Chefs. Additionally, the candidates are expected to ensure that the kitchen stations are well equipped and clean at all times.
We require individuals with passion for Italian cuisine, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must be clear communicators, fluent in English and ideally in more languages too.

All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, hold a clean police conduct and non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.
