&lt;p&gt;The Villa is home to two distinctive dining experiences:&lt;br&gt; OKA’s, a modern bistro-style restaurant known for its vibrant, seasonal dishes and relaxed elegance.&lt;br&gt; Rosami, a prestigious, Michelin-starred restaurant, offering innovative, beautifully crafted tasting menus in a refined and intimate setting.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Take full responsibility for your section, ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and present high-quality plates consistently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Uphold food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimize waste through effective portion control and smart kitchen practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support smooth service through teamwork, flexibility, and great communication.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Contribute to the ongoing development of new dishes and menu ideas.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Solid understanding of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Highly organised, even during busy service periods.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong team spirit and clear communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Passionate about food, flavour, and the art of presentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic Food Hygiene Certification is essential.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
