As a Chef de Partie, you’ll support our Sous Chef and Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and dishes are prepared to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dishes to the highest standards using correct recipes, techniques, and portion control.
\r\n
Support kitchen operations by checking quality, supervising assistants, and assisting with planning and organisation.
\r\n
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP) are always followed.
\r\n
Help develop new menu items and assist with kitchen innovation.
\r\n
Maintain cleanliness, storage, and stock control in your section.
\r\n
Step up in the absence of senior chefs to manage service and maintain quality.
\r\n
Work with the front-of-house team to handle feedback, dietary needs, and special requests.
\r\n
Offer flexibility when events or last-minute changes occur.
\r\n
Provide occasional support to other departments when needed.
\r\n

What We’re Looking For:

Previous kitchen experience in a similar role.
\r\n
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.
\r\n
Ability to lead a section and manage junior kitchen staff when required.
\r\n
Passion for great food and a positive, team-focused attitude.
\r\n
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods.
\r\n
