Operational Management: Ensure operational effectiveness across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and supply chain management, maximising efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Financial Oversight: Manage the group's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and comprehensive reporting to the Board of Directors.
\r\n
Corporate Governance: Strengthen corporate governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, ensuring robust and transparent organisational practices.
\r\n
Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance rigorous quality standards, embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout all business units.

Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Educational Background: Preferably an MBA or equivalent in Business, Management, or a related discipline. Candidates with significant executive experience will also be considered.

Experience: A proven track record of at least 5 years in senior executive roles, ideally within manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or related sectors.
\r\n
Strategic Vision: Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, execution, and delivering sustained business growth.
\r\n
Operational Excellence: Solid experience in managing complex operations, with a deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain management, and retail operations.
\r\n
Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and corporate finance.

Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to inspire teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
