Role Overview \nOur Client, a leader in the hospitality sector, is seeking to appoint a visionary Chief Executive Officer to guide the business into its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans, champion innovative culinary ideas and practices, staying ahead of industry trends and consumer demands. Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and geographical expansion.
\n\t
Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop senior management, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, professional growth and passion for client experience.
\n\t
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including group companies, customers, suppliers, industry partners, financial institutions, landlords and regulatory bodies.
\n\t
Operational Management: Ensure operational effectiveness across all restaurants, maximising efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
\n\t
Financial Oversight: Oversee the company's financial health, including budgeting, financial planning, and comprehensive reporting to the Board of Directors.
\n\t
Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance rigorous quality standards, embedding a culture of continuous improvement in the company’s product i.e., food, service and ambience. Ensure that top safety standards are adhered to at all times.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Educational Background: Candidates with significant executive experience will be preferred. A good combination of IQ and EQ is necessary. Academic qualifications will be considered favourably.
\n\t
Experience: A proven track record of at least 5 years in senior executive roles. Experience in the hospitality sector will be considered favourably and a love for good food, entertaining and dining out is an asset.
\n\t
Strategic Vision: Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, execution, and delivering sustained business growth.
\n\t
Operational Excellence: Solid experience in managing complex operations and ability to lead big organisations. Analytical skills and a good command of business reports are necessary.
\n\t
Business Acumen: Entrepreneurial mindset backed by strong financial analysis skills and negotiation skills.
\n\t
Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to inspire teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and passion.
\n\t
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels internally and externally.
\n\t
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Maltese will be advantageous.
