Role Overview \nOur Client is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead its Finance Department. Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: A professional accounting designation such as ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CIMA is required. A postgraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business (e.g., MBA or MSc) is considered an asset.

Experience: A minimum of 10–15 years in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Proven experience in managing complex financial operations in a regulated environment is essential.

Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
