This approach combines strategic development, ongoing maintenance, and sustainability to ensure that such spaces remain functional and beneficial.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Role Overview&lt;br&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;As the Chief Officer - ﻿Outdoor Space Management﻿, you will oversee the comprehensive management of open spaces, ensuring high standards in maintenance and servicing. This role involves strategic planning, efficient resource management, and the implementation of innovative practices to optimise park operations and security.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setting Quality Standards and KPIs&lt;/strong&gt;: Develop and implement quality standards, service levels, and key performance indicators for the maintenance and servicing of open spaces.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Budget Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Oversee budget allocations, including people, processes, and resources, ensuring efficient use and optimisation to achieve desired outcomes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Operational Oversight&lt;/strong&gt;: Take charge of daily operations within the management function, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Innovation in Open Spaces Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Utilise smart technologies and innovative approaches to enhance security and servicing standards in park management.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Strategic Restructuring&lt;/strong&gt;: Drive the strategic restructuring and reorganisation of the management function to enhance efficiency and quality.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reporting and Metrics&lt;/strong&gt;: Provide ongoing reports and metrics related to management, including performance indicators and other relevant data.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience&lt;/strong&gt;: A minimum of three years in a similar role is required. A Bachelor&#039;s degree (MQF Level 6) or higher in Business Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with at least five years of relevant experience but lacking formal qualifications will also be considered.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Language Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Excellent command of English is essential.
