Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, HR, facilities, IT, and marketing teams to maintain cohesive project execution and budget alignment

Governance and Compliance: Implement high standards of governance and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: A university degree in business, management, finance, or a related field is essential. A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA will be considered an asset

Experience: Proven track record in a senior leadership role, ideally within the professional services industry
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior management and boards
