&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in Chinese cuisine.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to prepare authentic Chinese dishes to a high standard.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good teamwork, organisation and attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;
