    	        	AIMS International Malta is thrilled to assist a CSP looking to grow their team with a Corporate Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Associate Director and to the Managing Director.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Manage a portfolio of clients, accommodating their needs and handling all their queries.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Draft&amp;nbsp;and review&amp;nbsp;corporate governance documents, including statutory forms, minutes and resolutions, written consents, statutes, powers of attorney and other ancillary documents.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage&amp;nbsp;and analyze&amp;nbsp;corporate transactions or restructuring projects from inception to end from a legal and compliance perspective.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage complex structures and provide relevant support and advice where required.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain the upkeep of client files through managing and updating related documentation from an AML, compliance, and due diligence perspective.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Degree in Law, Accounting or Business Management.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;At least 4 years experience in a CSP or law firm environment in a corporate or accounting role.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in corporate law,&amp;nbsp;corporate taxation and VAT will be considered an asset.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent command of the&amp;nbsp;English language, both written and spoken.
