BMFD Ltd is seeking a reliable and practical Client Service Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the refilling, servicing, installation, and delivery of fragrance diffuser systems to our clients.
The position is offered on a full-time basis, with part-time arrangements also considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Refill, service, and install fragrance diffuser systems at client sites
- Visit contracted clients on a scheduled basis (typically every 3 months)
- Deliver and set up systems for new or private clients, providing a brief explanation of system operation
- Prepare goods in advance by referring to and updating service schedules
- Clean equipment, refill fragrances, and ensure systems are fully operational while on site
- Obtain client signatures where required
- Complete service reports, including fragrance used and remaining quantities
- Return used goods and provide a report of returned items at the end of each day
- Prepare equipment and schedules for the following day’s service visits
Requirements
- Comfortable working with ladders (most services require ladder use)
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (e.g. drill, screwdriver)
- Basic ability to use mobile apps for reporting and scheduling
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional manner when dealing with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage regional service schedules
