Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to introduce services to prospective clients, develop lead lists, and support the sales team with follow-ups and meeting scheduling. Actively participate in sales meetings, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
\n\t
Client Success & Support: Manage incoming client enquiries via phone and email, provide accurate quotations, follow up to secure contracts, and utilise multiple systems, including CRM and billing tools, to deliver excellent service. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve requests efficiently.
\n\t
Office Admin & Systems Support: Maintain customer data and records, produce reports, and use Microsoft Office applications for documentation and communications. Oversee website and internal database updates through content management systems. Manage logistical tasks such as booking meeting rooms, arranging travel and accommodation, and organising office supplies and mail handling.
\n\t
General Support: Assist with invoicing, budget monitoring, and document management. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points. Support general filing and stationery orders, as well as any other related administrative duties as required.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in sales, administration, or related fields.
\n\t
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced client-facing or sales support role is preferred, ideally within the technology or software sector.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is essential. Proficiency in Maltese would be advantageous.
\n\t
Communication Skills: A confident telephone manner and clear written communication are necessary to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to liaise with diverse internal teams and external partners professionally.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and comfortable navigating CRM, billing, and content management systems. Quick to learn new software tools.

Organisation: Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
