&lt;p&gt;The FIAU is seeking to strengthen the People &amp;amp; Corporate Services Section, by recruiting a &lt;strong&gt;Communications &amp;amp; PR Specialist&lt;/strong&gt; to join the Communications &amp;amp; PR team. The Communications &amp;amp; PR team plays a pivotal role in fostering transparent and effective communication. It strategically disseminates information to stakeholders, the public, and the media, ensuring clarity on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Funding of Terrorism initiatives. By maintaining a positive public image and enhancing awareness, the Communications &amp;amp; PR role contributes to the organisation’s purpose of safeguarding financial integrity and preventing financial crimes. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Role:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As a Communications &amp;amp; PR Specialist, you will work closely with the Communications &amp;amp; PR Manager by providing continuous support and assistance in:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;​&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supporting the Manager in the development and implementation of the FIAU’s strategic goals&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Managing social media platforms, including content creating and scheduling&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attend meetings in lieu of the Manager, both internal and external&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow and issue reports on data analytics for our website, our social media platforms, PR campaigns and any other organized campaigns&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Following daily media/press review and reporting to senior management&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support with monitoring of the FIAU’s website&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support internal communications initiatives&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitoring LinkedIn and Facebook daily especially after posting, for feedback and comments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Daily Media reviews&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Participate during fairs and career initiatives by manning the stand&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the Manager with administrative support in the performance of daily duties, such as logistics for events&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any other duties assigned by the Director, Deputy Director, Head, Senior Manager and Manager&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The chosen candidate must be in possession of a University Degree (MQF Lvl 6) in Digital Marketing, Communication Studies, Marketing, Media &amp;amp; Digital Arts or any other qualification, with at least 3 years’ experience relevant to this post &lt;strong&gt;OR&lt;/strong&gt; in possession of a Diploma (MQF Level 5) qualification in Digital Marketing, Communication Studies, Marketing, Media &amp;amp; Digital Arts or any other qualification with at least 4 years’ work experience relevant to this post. Preference may be given to applicants with demonstrated experience in design matters, proficiency with design tools, such as Canva, Indesign, Adobe &amp;amp; illustrator, event planning &amp;amp; management, social media management, brand management and media/ press relations. Effective communication skills in both Maltese and English are essential, along with a proven track record of competence, efficiency, and diligence in design and social media tasks.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The selected candidate should possess excellent communication and public speaking skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate the ability to network effectively. A thorough knowledge of the industry and expertise in measurement and analytics are crucial. The ability to work under pressure, a creative flair, and the capacity to think outside the box are also highly valued. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit strong attention to detail, maintain focus, and display a pleasant personality and good moral character.
